As my face looks to the sky...

A tear falls down; I don’t know why.

But then a voice says, “It’s okay”.

Don’t let Satan have your day.

Don’t think so hard about the past,

or how long this pain’s gonna last.

The devil keeps a list of wrong,

He’s kept that list all along.

GOD keeps no record of the past

The first is gone, there is no last.

But that is truly up to you,

What you would have the LORD to do?

You can change the way you live

no more sin, just truth you give.

It’s never going to stay that way...

Satan can not have my day.

The life I live is HIS today...

I live my life the “Jesus way”

and claim my blessings as I pray,

and in HIS arms I’ll safely lay.
